The plan, is a service I have designed aimed at those who generally maintain healthy body weight and have a good relationship with food.
Why might they need the plan?
The plan is a quick in and out service that is individualised around the client. We all have times where we just want to lose a few kilo's or tone up, as quickly and efficiently as possible. Perhaps for an upcoming wedding on holiday.
We will focus on less of the eduction and habit formation side of things, instead focusing on the best way to get you to where you want to be.
Having a coach can help you hold yourself accountable, while helping you find your rough energy requirements so that you'll have clear daily or weekly targets to aim for (your choice).
